Q: What if I don’t have insurance?
A: We do have reduced plans for patients that do not have any kind of medical insurance.
Q: Why can it occasionally take a lengthy time to receive my statement?
A: After submitting your insurance claim we have to wait on the insurance company to make any adjustments.
Q: What happens if I am late to my appointment?
A: We will try to let your appointment run late if we have the time available. If it is over fifteen minutes then we can reschedule your appointment for another time to allow you full treatment.
Q: Will you bill my secondary insurance?
A: If you are a Medicare recipient then we will bill them for you. For other insurance policies we can help you with any information you will need to deal personally with your secondary.
Q: Who pays for a minor’s visit?
A: The parent or legal guardian signing on behalf of the minor would be responsible.
Q: How long is the appointment time?
A: An average appointment is forty minutes.
Q: Do you accept Labor & Industries claims?
A: Yes, we will need the claim number prior to your visit to authorize it.
Q: Will you see someone who has been in a motor vehicle accident?
A: Yes, as long as the claim is under your own insurance company.
Q: What is the difference between in–network and out-of-network insurance?
A: In network means that there is a negotiated plan typically offering their customers a lower rate for services.
Out-of-network means that we will accept the insurance. Normally the out-of-pocket expense can be slightly higher depending upon your plan.
Q: Are you open on the weekends?
No, normal appointment hours begin at 8:00 A.M. last appointment for the day is at 4:00 P.M. Monday through Thursday. Friday hours start at 8:00 A.M. and last for the day is 11:00 A.M.
